Core responsibilities
- Manage calendars, task registers, administrative files and hand-offs in the client-service workflow.
- Support version control, retention, deadlines, templates and internal know-how.
- Prepare, format-check and publish specialist content approved by a lawyer.
- Track operational data, user feedback and items requiring attention across the website and contact channels.
- Use digital tools and AI under firm controls, without placing confidential data in unauthorised systems.

What the role requires
- Relevant experience or foundations in operations, administration, content, knowledge management or technology.
- Accurate Vietnamese writing, attention to detail and the ability to organise concurrent work.
- Competence with office tools, collaboration platforms and content-management systems.
- A strong confidentiality mindset and the ability to distinguish publishable material from internal work.
- Professional-services or legal-sector familiarity is an advantage.
